Where to file - with no fee - STATE Judge Unethical Misconduct Complaints.

 

 

The following is a list of the Judicial Misconduct Organizations in each state.  These organizations investigate complaints of misconduct against judges. In some states, these organizations also hold judicial misconduct hearings and make final decisions.  In others, a second organization conducts the actual hearings. There are no fees charged by any of these organizations.
