despite dismissal of two of its lawyers, including Meredith Ann Pierce (niece of Peter Pierce III) on my complaint of their falsified, slanderous pleadings having no record support.

Much more information about the shocking injustice suffered by us touched-on herein and listed in more detail on my Internet site are mind-boggling perjured, slander of our integrity and punishment for defending our rights over the years; Two such examples; sentenced to OK Co. Jail (and released the next day) on Bank’s sham Contempt of Court charge, and letter threatening that Houston, TX lawyers will “hound you for the rest of your lives�-to collect on criminally fraudulent bankruptcy judgments.

My website contains the names and pictures of all those attorneys, banker-lawyer Peter Pierce III and state/federal district and bankruptcy court judges involved in our case, and although notified (by registered mail) of their criminal conduct-publicly available for all to see, not one of them has dared to sue me for liable because they each know that I am telling the truth about what they did to me and my family.

That is sufficient evidence that they each know that they have broken the law in every aspect of our case. It is also sufficient evidence that supports the fact that such treachery was intended to deceive the Oklahoma County Sheriff into conducting sale of our motel to the bank, additional grounds for tolling of the statute of limitations.

And that the failure of the bank and coconspirator officers of the court to sue me for liable since 1985, served to again deny us an opportunity to exercise (for the first time) the right to due process and trial by jury in which to seek compensation for actual and punitive injuries and damages resulting from such documented litany of fraud, corruption, fraud on the court.

Having always obeyed the law, such violations of basic rights by Oklahoma and Federal government officials since 1985, has caused us mental anguish and physical injury: complaint Vincent Germano and eight (8) Brothers, a record for one family, also pictured on my website, defended our government in military service in WW2 against rogue governments of good people, only to helplessly witness agents of our own government defraud us under color of law in open court. Brother Chuck Germano, Pilot (U.S. Army Air Force) Veteran WW2, D-day, Berlin Airlift, Korea and Viet Nam, is interred in the national Cemetery, Washington, D.C..

In cooper v. Aaron, 358, U.S. 178, S. Ct. 1401 (1958), “if a judge does not fully comply with the Constitution, then his orders are void, in i.e. Sawyer 124 S. 200 (1888), he/she is without jurisdiction, & he/she has engaged in an act or acts of Treason.
